Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is confirmed, we prepare it for shipment. You can expect to receive your order within the following timeframes:

• Cairo: 2–3 working days
• Alexandria: 2–4 working days
• Other Governorates: up to 7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Open Your Package at the Door

You're welcome to open and inspect your package at the door, in the presence of the delivery courier, to make sure you've received the correct item(s) before accepting delivery.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Periods

During Final Sale periods, refunds and exchanges are not available on any items. Please order carefully during these promotions.
